Our Migjorn house is located within the private estate Can Toni Blay (enclosed area with exclusive access code for clients), next to Llevant and Tramontana houses, at km 10.3 of Formentera.
At 800 meters from the house we find the beach Playa de Migjorn, where we can access on foot or by car without having to go out to the main road.
1 km away is the fishing village of Es Caló de Sant Agustí, next to the beach of Ses Platgetes and equipped with restaurants, terraces, pharmacy, supermarket, ATM, car rental office, shops...
The maximum capacity of the Llevant house is 10 people.

Our holiday homes are located at km 10.3 on Formentera's main road (PM-820), halfway between Sant Francesc Xavier and La Mola.
From the port of La Savina: upon leaving the port, take the main road PM-820 towards Sant Francesc / La Mola. Continue for about 15 minutes until you reach km 10.3, where you will find the signposted access to Can Toni Blay.

30% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.

The remaining amount is to be paid 15 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 day(s) before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €400 is due.
Notes
The price of the stay includes entrance cleaning (not daily cleaning) bed and bath linen (one bath towel and one toilet towel per person, one bath mat for each bath, one beach sarong per person and welcome ammenities).
A change of bath linen is made twice a week for stays longer than one week, and a weekly change of bed linen.
We have cots, high chairs and bed barriers at no additional cost.

"Una casa preciosa, rodeada de naturaleza y muy tranquila. Es perfecta para un grupo de amigos; está totalmente equipada. Pero incluso si sois pocos, podéis disfrutar de la tranquilidad del anexo trasero.Los dueños son muy amables y serviciales. Esta es nuestra segunda visita y la recomendamos encarecidamente :)"

"Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en Can Toni Blay, y no podemos estar más agradecidos. Éramos un grupo grande, 18 personas entre mayores y adolescentes , y todos coincidimos en lo mismo: ha sido una experiencia perfecta.Las casas son preciosas, cómodas, muy bien cuidadas y con todo lo que se puede necesitar para sentirse a gusto. Se nota el mimo en cada detalle. Además, el entorno es una maravilla: tranquilo, bonito y muy auténtico, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar.Queremos destacar también el trato recibido, que ha sido de 10. Cercano, amable, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Nos hemos sentido realmente bienvenidos, como en casa.Gracias de corazón por estos días tan especiales. Nos vamos con muy buenos recuerdos... ¡y muchas ganas de volver!"
Muy recomendable
Estuvimos súper a gusto en casa de Jorge y Begoña. Muy recomendable para grupos grandes - varias habitaciones tienen su propio baño, cocina equipada y grande y muchas zonas comunes para comer y variar según la hora y el sol. Comunicación muy fluida y mucha flexibilidad con las horas de salida.
Espectacular
Hemos estado un grupo de amigos 4 días y solo puedo decir que espectacular, superaba expectativas, más que recomendable, un 10 en todo, mil gracias a todos y repetiremos seguro.
Un séjour larfait
La Can Toni Blai était parfaite pour notre séjour entre amis. Nous avons pu profiter de cette belle maison bien entretenue dans l’un des plus beaux endroits de l’île. Nous recherchions une maison avec 14 couchages, tout équipée, vers Migjorn, c’était la maison idéale. Merci pour l’accueil !
